Obviously, every used phone is different, depending on how it was used by the previous user.
This is why, at SecondCell , we have implemented an aesthetic evaluation system for our devices, in addition to providing photos of each used cell phone available on our online store.

Almost perfect. New battery at 100% capacity. No visible scratches more than 20 cm from the face. No trace of impact or fall.
Almost perfect. No visible scratches more than 20 cm from the face. No signs of impact or fall.
The device has some micro scratches, but shows no signs of impact or fall.
The device has scratches or slight impact marks on the body or back of the device only. Screen in perfect condition and without scratches.
The device has scratches or slight impact marks.
The device has several scratches, or several traces of impact. 100% functional and glass in good condition.
