Are you open?

Yes! All our services are working as usual. We accept online orders, in store orders and store pick ups.


Are your devices disinfected?

Absolutely! All our devices undergo disinfection and complete cleaning, at all times, with an alcohol-based product. COVID-19 does not change our usual hygiene and disinfection procedures.


If I place an order, will I receive my device?

Absolutely! For the moment, no directive or measure prevents us from sending our devices. Our free express delivery times of 1-3 days in Quebec and 1-4 days elsewhere in Canada are respected. Exceptionally, depending on the region, there could be 3-4 days of delays in 15-20% of the cases.


If there is a lockdown in my area or in your warehouse area, will I receive my device 

In the event of a possible lock down in your sector or in ours, road transport services remain functional. Since we are an online store, we remain open and all of our orders are shipped normally. You will therefore receive your device within the normal timeframe.
